This beautifully restored retro-mod roadster has been lovingly brought to its current award-winning condition by the owner since 1995. A two-time class winner at the Grand National Roadster Show in 1999 & 2000. A barn-find in ‘95, this Ford immediately became a labor of love over 2 decades. In 2017-18 all new running
gear was replaced. It is now being offered to the public by his estate. Brought to the island of Maui, HI in 2022 to enjoy while in retirement and before his passing, it has been driven sparingly and always stored in a properly ventilated garage. Henry Ford produced only 1250 in this last year of the Roadster.
No expense has been spared to properly bring this classic to life, while bringing great pleasure to its owner, his wife and the retro-mod community in CA and HI. Used 1937 Ford Roadster Yellow
I'm not going to bore you with a lot of meaningless details.
This is a completely restored Daytona Yellow 1968 Firebird Convertible with approx 4,000 miles on the restoration and the original numbers matching 350 with a 2 barrel carb. It also has the original 2-speed Powerglide automatic transmission. The dual exhaust has a mean deep sound to
it. Virtually flawless paint and trim with super tight gaps. By far, one of the cleanest you'll find anywhere. Manual convertible top & windows. Upgraded Year One 17x8 Rally II wheels with new Continental Extreme Contact 245 50 R17's on the back and 215 45 R17's on the front.
Upgraded electric radiator fan, front disc brake conversion, power steering, Summit Racing Temp & Oil Pressure gauges, new floor mats, upgraded led dash lights, retro AM/FM Stereo and Pontiac valve covers (still have the originals). Everything works as it should except the horn and the driver/passenger side windows need to be adjusted to close completely when the top is up. As with 90% of these old cars, there's a slight oil leak at the rear main seal and on the differential from sitting in the garage the majority of the time.

This 1968 Pontiac Firebird Convertible was body-on restored in 2006 and remains in great condition.
It has many new parts including rebuilt Pontiac 400 CID Long Block, ram air style hood with built-in tachometer, a Hurst shifter, Rally II wheels with redline tires, separate set of Rocket Booster Chrome rims with comeho tires, and much more.
Car was purchased in 2013. There was no documentation from the restoration or engine rebuild. The drive train is not matching numbers. About 1,000 miles put on the car since 2013.
