Finished in Alfa Red over a black interior, the car is said to be one of a handful built with front vent windows.
Came fitted with Veloce-spec running gear from the factory, and the 1290cc twin-cam four in this example was rebuilt few years ago. Power is delivered to the rear wheels by a 5-speed manual gearbox, and work performed over the past four years included service to the Girling 4-wheel drum brake system, changing the fluids, and the installation of a new idler arm.

This truck is a nice mostly original truck.
Still original engine, transmission, drivetrain and body with paint job from previous owner. Truck kept inside most of its life and will make a great hot rod or do some final misc fixes (ex turn signals, wipers and misc small items that are needed). This beautifully restored retro-mod roadster has been lovingly brought to its current award-winning condition by the owner since 1995. A two-time class winner at the Grand National Roadster Show in 1999 & 2000. A barn-find in ‘95, this Ford immediately became a labor of love over 2 decades. In 2017-18 all new running
gear was replaced. It is now being offered to the public by his estate. Brought to the island of Maui, HI in 2022 to enjoy while in retirement and before his passing, it has been driven sparingly and always stored in a properly ventilated garage. Henry Ford produced only 1250 in this last year of the Roadster.
