Last year they were made. 1600 engine has about 40,000 miles on it. The engine needs to be cleaned up, but it runs perfectly. Installed an electric fuel pump so I never have vapor lock issues. if it doesn't sell. Transmission works flawlessly. Recently finished a body-on restoration. No rust anywhere. The engine bay still needs to be painted. I will include almost a full gallon of base coat paint. Nice Bluetooth stereo with great speakers. The under hood wiring needs some attention.
It all works, just needs to be organized so it looks better. All rust removed and new metal welded in. New floor pans welded in the rear. Quality welds and seam sealed and then undercoated. New carpet. Seat material is in pretty good shape. Comes with lots of extra parts, including a rear luggage rack, original wheels (with tires) and hub caps for that original look. 1985 was the last year Mercedes built the gorgeous W123 series 2 door coupe.
The 300CD diesel coupe was made from 1978 until 1985 and only from 1982 -1985 with the turbodiesel version. Only 8007 of these wonderful cars made it to the US. This car was always pampered and garaged and it shows. There has never been an accident and there is no rust.
The paint is still original and in amazing condition. It shines like on a much newer car. The chrome is still in outstanding condition and i do get compliments on it every time i drive it. This car was finished in Mercedes Classic White ( MB color code 737 ) and Palomino color MB-tex interior.
The seats are in excellent condition front and back. There are no rips or tears and the cushions are still firm. The carpets are clean, soft and there are no stains of any kind. The wood accents still shine like new and there are no cracks at all. Even the original dashboard is in perfect condition. The door-panels, the headliner and even the mirrored sun-visors are in great shape. This 300CD is
absolutely stunning and gets lots of attention whenever i take it out. This car always starts up right away and it has plenty of power from the get go. The transmission shifts smooth through all the gears and it really is a fun car to drive.
It is like experiencing true luxury from 30 years ago without all the electronic bells and whistles of today. There are no electronic sensors giving wrong signals every few days. If you take care of this car with simple maintenance , there is no reason you could not still be driving it in 30 years from now. It is like going back in time , when cars were built to last a lifetime and not just until the next years model comes along. The tires are like
new and the rims are in great condition as well. There is no deferred maintenance and i could not think of anything it needs.
There are no leaks of any kind. Everything is working as intended. Cruise control, power sunroof, power door locks and even the power antenna work correctly. All the power windows front and back go up and down all the way. The Ac compressor is new and the AC blows ice cold with the climate control working well. I would not hesitate to drive this car to the east coast at a moments notice. It has been maintained properly and it shows right away , once you drive it. You can comfortably cruise with 85mph while still getting 27 mpg of diesel With the last year of a low volume production , only 2 owners, low miles and books and records this would be a great car for any car collector.
It would also be a wonderful candidate for somebody who likes classic cars , but needs it to be reliable for every day driving. The W123 series are considered some of the longest lasting and most reliable cars Mercedes Benz has ever built. Clean title.

It is a US spec car finished in Royal Blue with Lotus White interior. The car has a very rust free chassis. The paint shines up well and all of the glass and trim work are in great shape. The leather interior shows wear from age but is complete. Everything is working well except the on board computer,
passengers seat recline, and the AC. The car has some modifications but nothing major. Recently the cylinder head was rebuilt, new tires were installed, many suspension bushings replaced, and lots and lots of maintenance records going back through the cars history.

Like those only coming from Southwest climates. This is an X44 Code Camaro Coupe is a Factory built 307 V8, Turbo-Hydramatic Automatic transmission. Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Black Vinyl top,
full tinted glass, floor shift with console and radio. The car is still mostly original paint in the Factory Code 76 Daytona Yellow with Black Standard interior.
