1938 Ford Deluxe Coupe Original Prewar Kustom Taildragger that has the right " Traditional Look" This One of a kind Custom has a long history with documentation.
The body is straight and solid with a custom Black Metallic Lacquer paint job, shows well looks almost dark blue during the day pure black at night. It has been shaved and
molded with hidden latches and cables to open the doors trunk and the louvered hood. Very nice one year only grill. The perfect " old Master chop" with chrome garnish and crank out windshield. All glass is cut, fitted and functions. Original Steel 40 Ford Bubble Teardrop Skirts.
Shaved and smoothed firewall. Original re-chromed 1937 Desoto ribbed bumpers front and rear. 1941 Studebaker teardrop taillights. This car is very solid and a great candidate for a restoration. The body panels are 99% solid if you are looking for a great color combination on a early 356 this is it. The car is complete comes with everything you need from
glass, bumpers, and all engine parts such as fan shrouds and all the other miscellaneous items. The motor does turn and was rebuilt during the initial restoration process and is still in good shape with no leaks. The transmission was also gone through and is also in good shape wit no leaks.
The floors, doors, trunk, and hood area are all in good shape. Very hard to find these early cars that are not rusted out and the right colors. Once again this is a full restoration, but should not be too difficult for a professional body shop.
