Only 9233 were made. Nicely done restoration. This car is very solid. Original body panels and floor boards with no rust. I have rebuilt the transmission, new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, gaskets, plugs, points, motor mounts. Replaced the radiator with an aluminum one. Original is a box and will
go with the car. I dropped it two inches front and rear. The front I used new 91 Ford Aerostar front springs. They are the exact same size as the original's. Cut one coil off and whala 2 inch drop. The rear has the 2 inch blocks. The original front springs come with the car as well.
I have the original birds eye head lights too. The previous owner completely rewired with OEM color key wires. The sunvisor is an original Fulton from the 40's painted to match. This is a great car, solid dependable.

This car runs great, odometer reads 76,000mi. and has just had a complete service and a brand new set of Weber 40 IDF carbs, also installed was a rebuilt Bosch 050 distributor. Newly rebuilt pedal cluster. New tires. New shocks. The engine is quiet and smooth. The transmission shifts smooth and there is no grinding
when changing gears. There was some rust repair done by a local restoration shop where a new " Front Suspension Repair Panel, " Partition Wall" " Battery Box Support" and " Tow Hook" were professionally welded in place. All panels were purchased at Stoddard Porsche.
There are some areas that do show small rust bubbles(bottom of windshield) which should be addressed when the car is painted. The floors are solid. Rockers were done by previous owner and are solid but poorly fitted, and should be redone during repaint. The original color was " Irish Green"

Very special 1971 Buick Riviera.
The car was run and driven on occasion from that point on. As of this writing, this beautiful Riviera has only done 97,425 miles. This Riviera wears the majority of its original paint, with some natural patina and a few touchups here and there. The color is Pearle Beige. The interior is in beautiful shape, upholstered

And that means a healthy and enjoyable combination of luxury and muscle car. The car tracks straight and true, no vibration or drama at any speed. It's smooth, powerful, and very quiet on the highway. The brakes are spot on and require no service. No pulling
or undesirable shakes or shimmies. This car has power windows and power seats that all work great.
All the exterior and interior lights work perfectly. The windshield wipers and horn work great. The heater works very nicely. The car has cruise control and AC, but at this time they do not function although all the original AC equipment is in place. All dash gauges work perfectly.
