Facilitates completion of Medicaid and ACA applications, eligibility, and receipt by the state within designated timelines. Educates client on financial responsibility, initiates payment plan for services, and refers to debt management as indicated.

Coordinates and refers clients to other agencies and departments as deemed appropriate. Quality Assurance: Accurately codes and documents services, education, and other pertinent information in participant’s electronic record to include FL Wise, Well Family System, HMS, Florida, Wages and FMMIS system.
