After submitting the form mentioned above, if you are pre-qualified, you can submit your application. It costs $29.00 + tax and includes screening reports (credit and background check included). Due to the size of the apartment, only 2 adult tenants allowed. Applicants with minors will require further discussion. MOST IMPORTANT SCREENING CRITERIA Applicants must prove to have an established monthly income 3 times higher than the monthly rent. They must have a minimum credit score of 650. Regardless of their credit, they must have an acceptable debt/income ratio. They should have a crystal clear background check and no prior evictions.

We don’t accept Section 8 applicants. No smoking. No pets. If you don’t match these basic criteria, we can eventually ask for a guarantor. A guarantor must have an established yearly income 90 times higher than the monthly rent. They must have an outstanding credit score and credit history as well as a crystal clear background check.
