The lease runs until July 17, 2024. Flat rate is $699.95/month before they factor in gas & electric (which is split by the unit/building use).
Altogether it is $730 ~ $780 per month. 6 people (MALE ONLY/NON CO-ED) in the apartment, 2 shared rooms with shared bathroom & 2 single

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Copper Beech in Clovis.
It is a 4 bedroom apartment. I have the master bedroom which has two closets and a full bath with two sinks. The washer and dryer are in the unit. The entire apartment is furnished. Rent is 625 but that includes covered parking. You don t have to pay if you don t need parking.
There is a shuttle that leaves copper beech every 15 minutes to Fresno State. You would still have to pay a deposit which will be around 250. PG & E is also paid separate. There is a 24/7 gym, pool, tanning machine.

The fully stocked kitchen has pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, dishes, an air fryer, Keurig and coffee maker, a microwave, a gas stove, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. Linens provided.
