I am looking to find a person to take my room in a 3 bedroom house in Louisville.
The house is located in a neighborhood with easy access to Louisville, Lafayette, Boulder, and 36 to get you basically everywhere else. The only reason I am leaving is because I will be traveling for a little while and don't want to pay rent while gone. The room
is available ASAP and can come furnished if need be! As pictured, there is a living room upstairs and downstairs, wood stove fire place, full kitchen with lots of storage, huge back yard, work station in the garage, and not pictured there is access to open space one street over.
The open space is incredible and you can catch both sunrise and sunset perfectly as well as full foothills view of the mountains. You will be moving into my room, pictured. Your roommates are Mackenzie and Bryan. Bryan does design work at a company in Denver so he is generally at work 7-5, but is the best to cook and chat with pretty much any other time. Mackenzie works with a fermentation company as well as is
a lifestyle brand ambassador, and yogi. Both these incredible people will be staying in the house until May 31 which is when the current lease is up. The lease is month to month after that if you'd like to stay!
We are looking for an outgoing, kind, cleanly person who knows how to have fun. We generally love to cook together in the kitchen and enjoy each other's company, but we all can do our own thing as well. Cider nights and brewery nights are definitely a part of the house as well!
