Looking for two or three people to live in my Newark home across from Brookeside Elementary school in the 19713!
Listed as a live in renter, but I will only be there to mow the lawn and keep the house running smooth. My ideal tenants would be two or three students that know each other! Couples are welcome too, there is a main bedroom with three
