Can rent it only to well-qualified professionals who are quiet and respectful and don't throw parties or invite a large number of people to the house. Rent is only $950 per month. You will be responsible for the utilities. If you want the fully furnished master bedroom which is huge, the rent is $1250 for that room.

The house is very centrally located in a high-end safe area of Henderson.
