I will be going back to my country for 3 months from around May 20th to around August 20th.
I am looking for the sublet who can stay for 3 months if possible. Located on Falls Street, Ithaca, this is a very decent place at a reasonable price. A 3-minute walk to Ithaca Fall, 15-minute walk to Cornell campus, 15-minute walk to downtown. You can
ride a 13, 10, 17, and 36 bus around the block. It is a very quiet neighborhood, and you can go to a beautiful Stewart Park next to Cayuga Lake by walk or car. This place is very convenient to go to places because it is not located on the hill compared to other houses.
Laundromat is located in the next block, which is about a 3-minute walk. The house is equipped with everything but the washing machine. Kitchen with sink, gas stove, microwave, gas oven, table, and chairs. Living room with 2 sofas and a table. Bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, mirror, and a sink. There are 3 rooms, and we are all students at Cornell graduate school. The room that I am offering is the biggest and brightest
room in the house with 200 square feet. (about 15x13 feet) It is furnished with a bed, 2 desks and a chair, 2 dressers, a fan, and a floor lamp. It has a small closet room but will be filled with my stuff and locked.
The house should be used with the shoes off, no pets or smoking allowed. Everything included in the rent fee: Fast internet, water, electricity, and gas. Looking for someone who can use this place clean. Contact me anytime!

More than just a room in a house. I bought this home recently and it needs a lot of fixing up. It has a beautiful Great room for gatherings
and activities such as yoga. And a funky kitchen and bathroom. It is far enough and close enough from town to be almost country. If you like to lounge in the back yard or have a garden there is enough room for most anything you like. It is on the TCAT bus route 52 zone 1 I work out of town but when I am around you are likely to smell bread baking and stir fry cooking.
You are more than welcome to join us at the table or in front of the fireplace for some good food and conversation. Or you don't need to depending on your feelings at the moment. This is a quiet, caring, respectful, non smoking, non partying home. No cats or dogs allowed because I have a pet bird and Guinea pig. Give me a call or text and come on home.
