Treehouse North Apartments are located very close to down town East Lansing (about a 2 minute walk).
They are very nice, new and quiet! The neighbors are amazing, never have any complaints. The " backyard" is very private and there is a lot of room to play. The building is also located next to a field, basketball court and a playground.
There is parking on site along with parking on Evergreen and Oakhill. The maintenance crew keeps it very clean on around the apartment and are a big help if there is anything that needs to be fixed. There is also a laundry room! This a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom.
The apartment is not very big but the bedrooms are a good size! In the bedroom there is a California style closet, which really helps with space. The room that is up for sublease also has a giant window on the back wall, so there is a ton of natural light! Also makes it nice when the weather is nice out to open the window and enjoy the fresh air. The bathroom is a decent size with a tub, shower, toilet and sink/mirror.
The kitchen is pretty small but plenty of room to cook and move around freely. There is a microwave, stove dishwasher and a fridge. The kitchen looks into the living room which gives the apartment a bigger feel.
The living room has two couches and there is a sliding door that leads to the patio. The patio is the best part of the apartment, I sit outside all the time! Perfect way to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The living room furniture comes furnished with the apartment. The bedroom will not be furnished but could discuss changing that! Also we can talk about pricing for the rent, cable/wifi and electric.
