need to pay are gas + electricity. The Internet is very fast. Other free amenities that I liked: business center for printing, 24-hour gym, pool (summer months only), BBQ grills. They also provide a CATA bus pass. The Nothern Tier trail runs right next to the apartment complex and is great for jogging, walking dogs, wildlife watching etc.
Important point for grad students or working people: The 1BR units are in a separate building in a corner of the complex, away from the 4BR and 2BR units where most undergrads live. In other words, it is quiet around here!
