ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work as part of an overall delivery team to deliver a legendary customer experience on Salesforce solutions. Lead consultative engagements with customers on business goals and challenges, centered around the use of Datorama as the marketing analytics platform. Architect a detailed solution tailored to customers' goals, taking into account their current and future-state environment. Effectively communicate and present the design, positive impacts, and limitations of proposed solutions to customers.

Approach each customer as a unique client, ensuring that their environment, skill set, internal processes, and business structure are accounted for in overall designs. Build and fully test the solutions as designed, working with customers to iterate through modifications and revisions. Document design and/or maintenance processes as necessary. Provide in-depth training as appropriate to ensure customers are self-sustaining. Collaborate with other team members to validate solutions, solve technical challenges, and share knowledge. Currently no travel but future potential for up to 10% travel to client locations throughout the U.

Experience with Javascript-based or Excel formulas. Experience working with marketing data from sources such as Google Analytics, Facebook, Google Ads, display platforms, and others. Experience leading discoveries, gathering technical requirements and executing a solution based on system best practices, platform limitations, and client ability to maintain. PREFERRED Experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc).

Experience designing and delivering a training program tailored to clients' needs. Training should be appropriate for individuals at varying levels within a client's organization and with varying degrees of technical abilities. Experience mentoring individuals in an equal or lesser role. Comfort with engagements of almost any size. Experience with querying languages such as SQL/SOQL. Experience building analytics dashboards and reports that tell a story. SALARY AND COMPENSATIONThe annual salary for this position is between $73,990 - $140,760 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
