Opening and distributing company mail Invoice entry & PO Matching Travel & Expense processing Manage PCard/Spendesk supplies program Process Credit Card transactions, payments & related journal entries Scan invoices and other accounts payable related documentation, manage paper AP files, and otherwise

facilitate the processing of accounts payable Check positive pay controls Ensure all Accounts Payable related controls are in place and followed File Sales & Use tax reports Oversee issuance of 1099 reports Perform Bookkeeping related tasks Prepare and post various journal entries Assist with month-end closing activities Provide backup to the customer service team Oversee office organization and filing approach Ensure adequate sourcing and manage replenishment of office supplies and equipment Provide administrative assistance to the management team as needed Special projects and other duties as defined by management Qualifications / Attributes: Prior bookkeeping experience or a degree in accounting or related field Accounts Payable experience preferred Excellent organizational abilities Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Maintains accurate maintenance records and performs DOT inspections. Main Responsibilities Adopt the Company’s safety culture, actively support all

DOT vehicle and brake inspections and adjustments preferred Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Word, Outlook, Excel) Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Basic computer skill, including ability to operate mobile device (phone, tablet, etc.

support in establishing escrow accounts on new loans and researching and solving inquiries from the community bank lending staff. Essential Job Functions: Performs responsibilities in a professional and accurate manner, according to Bank policies, procedures, and established compliance regulations.

Serves as primary point of contact for insurance agents and taxing authorities related to escrowed loans. Establishes, maintains, and monitors escrow accounts and escrow payments. Reviews and disburses payment of escrow related invoices, including researching and problem-solving related to such disbursements. Prepares correspondence to customers regarding changes to their escrow account.

Reviews and processes escrow analysis statements, answering questions and solving problems relating to statements. Adheres to all Bank policy and procedures and federal regulations relating to escrow.

Utilizes core software to its full potential to service escrow accounts. Responds to requests and questions from the Community Bank lending staff. Handles customer calls and researches items for problem resolution. Scans and links escrow related documentation to the loan file. Ensures data input is accomplished correctly and efficiently. Maintains customer confidentiality at all times. Completes all required training by assigned deadlines. Maintains good attendance and punctuality

to work. May complete additional duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in performing assigned tasks.
