What you'll bring Who You Are: As a Tax Expert, you have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. You possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax
preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and you're committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.

By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries,

Standing entire shift Frequently operate cash register Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and places/removes merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet Frequently ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock Frequently position self to kneel, bend, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers and coworkers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store.
