In the United States, Tradebe Environmental Services has 30 sites and serves customers from a broad range of markets, from petrochemicals to aerospace and hospitals, with unparalleled safety and quality standards. Main Purpose The Billing Clerk conducts, oversees, organizes and completes all billing and data entry of customers, uses tact
while handling those customers as well as personnel. The Billing Clerk must be accurate in all duties performed. Key job responsibilities Provide support to the Organization with continual monitoring of the SAP unbilled report to obtain workload Duties include " releasing" or preparing sales orders for billing by making necessary updates based on system reports and associated sales order paperwork Reviewing receiving execution and pricing Working with various departments to prompt timely sales order issue resolution Reviewing pro-forma invoice with CER, Specialist, or job owner Merging of orders and other customer specific requirements; posting final invoice, printing required
back- up and invoice distribution in customer requested format Preparing hard copy package for postage Other duties as assigned Qualifications A high school diploma or the equivalent is required.
An Associate's Degree in an accounting or environmental discipline preferred. Must possess attention to detail and motivated by meeting/exceeding set goals. Excellent organizational skills. Proactive problem resolution skills. Enjoys a fast-paced work environment. Works well in both a Team and individual setting.
