Maintain a positive working relationship with UAW employees
and Leadership, including fair and equal administration of the contract Facilitate crew meetings. Maintain employee/work related records as required. Utilize daily manpower forms to ensure proper utilization of personnel.
(including any overtime and vacation) Lead CIP, Safety, Ergo teams. Actively participate in all Continuous Improvement Process Teams Skills Required: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to demand accountability from all employees. Skills Preferred: Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word skills preferred Experience Required: Basic understanding of warehouse operations Experience Preferred: SAP Knowledge preferred 1+ years
Supervisory experience preferred/In a Union environment Education Required: High School Diploma or GED Education Preferred: College Degree preferred Additional Information: Hard working and willing to learn.
