a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Holland, MI.

The position will be eligible for a flexible work schedule which allows for work from home 1 or 2 days a week.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will: Lead financial planning, reporting, accounting, and business analysis processes necessary to support Company objectives. Ensures all financial reports and analysis comply with appropriate accounting principles and company policies, accurately reflect condition of business, and provide reliable information necessary to control operations. Actively leads monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual audit, and budgeting processes. This role will be focused on

supporting the Supply Chain and Logistics Finance team, which will encompass lead roles on Materials reporting and planning, Purchase Price Variance reporting and planning, assisting in driving cost reductions, leading in setting standards within SAP, supporting two SG&A groups and supporting the working capital improvement initiatives.

Do you have these required qualifications? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. Five or more years of professional accounting, finance and analytical experience with progressively expanding duties. Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship. Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

Do you have these preferred qualifications? Master’s in Business Administration. CPA or CMA certification. Experience with supporting manufacturing or corporate business groups. Experience working in a cross-functional environment. Advanced Excel skills to gather, analyze and report data. Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following: Strong accounting, analysis, problem solving and data gathering skills. Strong leadership, organizational and collaborative skills. Prior supervisory and project management experience. Strong financial modeling and business acumen.

Strong team player. Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work under minimal supervision. Ability to occasionally travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally. GENERAL PURPOSE Responsible for applying advanced knowledge of accounting principles, concepts, theories, and techniques in conducting activities supporting the development, monitoring and maintenance of ledger accounts and financial statements/ reporting.

under general supervision. Conducts general activities as an individual contributor in support of maintaining / monitoring the more complex ledger accounts and generating detailed reports for business units.

Assist in account reconciliations and monthly financial closing, utilizing Infor, SAP, and One Stream. Ensure compliance with departmental SOX 404 control procedures. Participate in projects designed to improve efficiency. Receives general guidance on assigned activities, conferring with leadership when appropriate. Uses broadly defined procedures to support documentation processes in compliance with corporate financial guidelines. Performs additional responsibilities as requested
