The Project Accounting Manager will be responsible for all project reporting, billings and job cost functions. Essential Functions & Capabilities: Prepare monthly project billings and compile support for billings. Track project costs including but not limited to design costs, construction costs, project management costs. Work with Project Management team to provide project budget updates, tracking and reconciliations.

Provide guidance on correct accounting classifications of project costs as well as ensure proper application of sales & use tax rules. Review monthly project cash flows including monthly billings, customer payments and subcontractor payments.

Complete month-end analysis of margin reviews, incurred costs, percent complete and monthly revenue recognition. Review and analyze customer contracts. Review subcontractor contracts to ensure terms and conditions align with PCE's contract with the customer. Set up and maintain job information in Vista, including phase codes, cost estimates, billing templates, contracts, change orders, and job closings. Ensure projects are closed out in a timely

manner. Create ad hoc reports for the Project Management team.

Provide project financial support and analysis for projects. Manage routing of contracts by working with Project Managers, Accounting team, customers and insurance broker to ensure contracts are processed in a timely manner. Review of customer billing rates. Oversight of job audits. Manage Billing team. Critical Competencies: Strong attention to detail and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate high levels of self-initiation and direction.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities: Assist Project Managers with various clerical and administrative functions associated with any or all phases of U. S. Engineering projects – from procurement through job close out. Create, maintain and/or control all project documentation. Coordinate the distribution of job documents to both internal and external parties, as necessary

or as appropriate per company procedures. Interface with both internal and external individuals involved in the projects, such as project team members, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Maintain ongoing communication related to project, respond to inquiries, seek information, and provide information as necessary to ensure the smooth administration of each job. Utilize company accounting system to enter or update project data and other pertinent information. May participate in or coordinate special assignments related to project administration in order to improve operational efficiencies. Responsible for Collecting and entering daily timecards for the Project’s

field personnel. Develop and submit weekly financial and labor reports to USEC’s customer and ensure time reporting is accurate.

Issuing Purchase Orders for the Project, for all material and equipment orders. Develop all necessary financial backup required for monthly billing submission, along with assisting the Project’s billing specialist with monthly invoicing; including but not limited to, labor backup, material, and equipment invoices, reconciling previous invoices with actual costs, and assisting the Project Manager, with forecasting costs on the Project. Provide assistance to Project Manager with reviewing and approving vendor invoices, along with verifying costs are properly applied to the correct cost codes and coordinate with USE’s accounting department to track payment status to vendors.
