Reconcile customer accounts and provide information to customers upon request. Collect on accounts by communicating with customers via phone, email, and online portals. Proactively interact with customers to resolve invoicing and payment issues. Manage the Customer Master file including set-up and maintenance of customer accounts. Prepare weekly reports and ad hoc reports for management.
