Duties and Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and a self-starter who can perform the following duties under the direction and guidance of their supervisor: Performs audits which include reviewing accounting policies and procedures, providing analytical reviews, making data comparisons, and analyzing operating procedures.

Provides input in identifying and evaluating the organization's significant risk areas for the purpose of helping develop the Annual Audit Plan. Performs Data Analytics to understand and identify areas of risk. Assists in the review of audit work papers and programs by critiquing for content, organization,

structure, and completeness. Identifies, develops, and documents the examination and analysis of evidence using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed to ensure effectiveness of internal controls, accuracy of transactions, and compliance with applicable laws and University policies.

Prepares associated work papers, and documents controls, processes and procedures, develops audit reports, including drafting findings and recommendations for improved business processes and internal controls, for use by University administration and the Board of Trustees. Manages multiple assignments concurrently. Assists with day-to-day departmental administrative tasks. Performs other related

work as assigned by supervisor. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.

1 to 2 years of relevant experience (e. g. Auditor, Data Analyst, Consultant, Accountant, Financial Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Database Administrator). Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Master's degree in a Business-related field, (Preference may be given to specific skills and experience in Business Analytics, or Data Analytics. 2 or more years' experience in internal audit and/or external audit environment. One or more of the following professional designations: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Effective verbal and written communication skills Preferred Technical Skills Microsoft Excel.

Microsoft Access. Audit Automation (e. g. scripting, querying and aggregating information, matching, filtering, etc. ) Proficiency with SQL. Risk and control identification and backssment. Strong knowledge of financial systems (ellucian's Banner). Familiar with data analytics software (e. g. ACL, Case Ware IDEA, Arbutus, etc.).

A strong process-orientation is preferred (ie. can quickly understand process and business issues, and how IT systems support processes). sales, cash or operating discrepancies, and performing loss prevention duties.

Properly cleans and maintains equipment and ready high-margin products such as coffee, fountain drinks etc. Checks refrigeration equipment for proper performance a minimum of one time per shift. Maintains a clean floor and restroom area at all times. Cleans windows, floors, shelving, counters, car wash (if applicable), and parking lot and gas pumps, sustaining the level of cleanliness as outlined. Assures proper sale and accounting for lottery, beer/liquor, UPS and license when applicable, and complies with company standards on carding customers for all age restricted products.

Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: Working towards High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Previous retail sales background and 6 months previous cash handling and customer service experience. Positive outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills. Able to operate an electronic cash register and computer and perform simple arithmetic calculations. Proficient verbal & written communication skills. Ability to work in varying outdoor climates and in-store cooler environments. Role description & Responsibilities: • Oversight of program Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for tracking program compliance, schedule and cost performance • Responsible for preparing, analyzing and reviewing program performance measurement and cost variances. • Provide cost control and financial support for program management and program cost control managers. • Prepare monthly

forecast program financials including orders, sales, profit and cash flow for both booked and potential programs • Supports customer audits and reviews. Communicates with DCMA on a regular basis regarding EVMS backssments.

• Track and manage program billings and cash collections. • Generate and analyze quarterly program Estimates at Complete (EACs) and ensuring revenue recognition in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) & Corporate policies.. • Work independently to identify solutions and provide strategic direction in a dynamic ambiguous & environment. • Support management reviews and audits on a monthly and quarterly basis consisting of operations, planning,

program management and EAC reviews. Experience Requirements: • Experience with US government cost-reimbursement contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

• Experience in implementing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and baseline development. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related and a minimum 7 years of related work experience • PC proficiency including MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook. • Thorough knowledge and application of accounting principles, Earned Value Management, scheduling, proposal process, government financial reporting with general knowledge of government contracts and procurement regulations.

Experience Preferred: • MBA (position requires a minimum of 7 years of related work experience with MBA) • Experience with Deltek Costpoint and/or Cobra • Experience with budget development, variance analysis, estimates to complete, cost performance reports, and cost schedule status reports in an integrated product team environment is preferred.
