Location: Marinette, WI
will support the LCS and MMSC program major OEMs suppliers and be the Supply Chain OEM lead for the MMSC program. This individual will need to build and maintain a strong relationship with these suppliers and program office as well as coordinate technical scope with the LM engineering team, finance commitments with the LM finance team, and shipyard services with LM’s shipyard team to ensure program requirements are executed through the life cycle of the subcontract.
This role will also handle international suppliers start up contracts and have CAM duties. Other key responsibilities also include: • Preparing solicitations, proposal review and negotiation, issuing purchase orders in accordance
with the LM Acquisition Process • Modifying and managing purchase orders • SDRL review and tracking • Reviewing invoices and maintaining program Earned Value • Supporting special projects and captures for future phases of the LCS / MMSC Program • Conduct bi-weekly subcontracts status review as well as weekly supplier calls • Participate in program reviews • Processing and executing Proprietary Information Agreements • Subcontract closeout Basic Qualifications: • Ability to lead activities to execute Supply Chain subcontracts and sourcing activities in an executing capacity as a Purchasing agent/Buyer/Subcontract Administrator/Manager.
• Strong work ethic, good communication, and negotiation
skills. • Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures associated with FAR / DFAR requirements.

The eventual appointment will lead to primary certification support for new development and sustaining flammability approvals for business jet completions (outfitting) programs in Appleton, Savannah, and St.
Louis under STC(Supplemental Type Certificate) or MRA (Major Repairs and Alterations). Coordinate and work with a flammability mentor to review and provide recommend approval of all flammability related assemblies and installations design work data, testing documents, analysis, and reports which require FAA (ODA AR) approval or witnessing. Candidate should be familiar with Auto
CAD, CATIA V5, Smar Team, DO-160 requirements, and MS Office Applications. Candidate hired must be abreast of project certification schedules and the data review (and approval) timing required to support it.
Support development meetings and provide certification input with Integrated Product Teams. Review of multiple STC parts and the approval of vendor data to support revisions and amendments of STC’s already in place. Assists the planning, coordination, and performance of design, analysis and liaison engineering supporting the development and production of Gulfstream products and services to meet internal and external customer and regulatory requirements. Must be able to work cohesively in a team environment and provide guidance to team members as required. Interface primarily with the Engineering Design Team, Project Management, and Sr. Management. Candidate must have the qualifications to enter the CID program such as similar or supporting work in flammability (under TSO, or potentially in another ODA, etc.
