Your Typical Daily Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day operations of the community Wellness Center Follow up on physicians orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers and report to physicians and families any changes of condition or other pertinent clinical care information Provide medication administration to an assigned group of residents
according to physicians orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations documenting as necessary Ensure resident care and service plans are followed by overseeing tasks of Medication Technicians and care providers Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports Skills Required for Success Flexible and adaptable with the ability to critically think and problem-solve in stressful or urgent situations Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, adept at

Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications. Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as GMAW, TIG, Plasma Cutter.
Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment. Conduct Technical Inspections. assign tasks and projects. Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects. The use of various hand tools, machinery and equipment will be required to manufacture metal This position will work with Supervisors and Lead Hands
to ensure continuous improvements in work cells, hitting quotas, welding according to pre-set parameters using GMAW and TIG welding processes. The Welder will be required to have strong knowledge and skill in operating all metalworking machinery.
Additionally, the Welder will be required to read and understand production drawings, blueprints, work orders and other written instructions. Alloy and Steel Welding Experience Follow All Safety Policies and Protocols Quality Orientation Creative and Innovative Thinking Research and Analysis Operating Equipment Planning and Organizing Tig welding experience. ~ Use of cutting tools (plasma experience preferred)~ Oxy acetylene cutting experience
~ Experience with routine maintenance operations. ~ Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in diverse working environments.
