around the globe 24x7x365. Systems Architects perform tier four architecture and engineering support in accordance with the SIE OPORD. Individuals in this position require an extensive background in all aspects of systems technology.
Systems Architects develop and document web site architectures and best practices, and provide design and architectural recommendations for long-term/chronic problem resolution, such as MILCON and Installation Information Infrastructure Architecture (I3 A) standards. Systems Architects troubleshoot enterprise voice, video, cloud, and data networks and evaluate the impact of architectural changes on the network. Systems Architects must possess excellent written
and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
They typically have a background in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. Systems Architects maintain currency in applicable industry standards from bodies such as the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), as well as applicable military standards such as MILCON and Installation Information Infrastructure Architecture (I3 A) standards.
