Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (Net Ops); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services.

The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate

around the globe 24x7x365. Systems Architects perform tier four architecture and engineering support in accordance with the SIE OPORD. Individuals in this position require an extensive background in all aspects of systems technology.

Systems Architects develop and document web site architectures and best practices, and provide design and architectural recommendations for long-term/chronic problem resolution, such as MILCON and Installation Information Infrastructure Architecture (I3 A) standards. Systems Architects troubleshoot enterprise voice, video, cloud, and data networks and evaluate the impact of architectural changes on the network. Systems Architects must possess excellent written

and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

They typically have a background in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. Systems Architects maintain currency in applicable industry standards from bodies such as the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), as well as applicable military standards such as MILCON and Installation Information Infrastructure Architecture (I3 A) standards. Under the direction of the Cloud Systems Engineer, the Cloud Systems Administrator will perform tier one and tier two windows system support within AWS in both NIPR and SIPR networks; monitor and maintain client OS and EC2 instances; troubleshoot network and security configurations within AWS to ensure both security and high- availability are met; and be responsible for ensuring all STIGS are in place and address ACAS findings are patched and cleared for both the client OS and the instance.

Cloud Systems Administrators must have a strong understanding of cloud computing fundamentals and be familiar with AWS terminology and interfaces. Cloud Systems

Administrators must have a working knowledge of cloud networking and virtualization, possess strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills, in addition to in-depth technical knowledge of the Government's systems' software and security requirements.

Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) in support of United States (U. S. ) Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The Storage Service Owner Lead assigns tasks to contractor personnel, supervises ongoing SITEC 3 EOM technical efforts, coordinates with the USSOCOM TPOC, and manages overall site performance.

The Storage Service Owner Lead must be self-motivated and will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally. The Storage Service Owner Lead must have good management and communication skills to interact and coordinate effectively with both internal and external executive leadership teams. Typical responsibilities include: Experience in the operating, maintaining, and defending various types of storage

resources including by limited to current and future cloud storage capabilities, storage virtualization, and backup solutions to manage and oversee specific tasks to meet the operational needs of the USSOCOM.

Provide capacity planning, performance analysis, develop disaster recovery plans, lead efforts towards storage consolidation and identify storage growth, manage configurations of storage devices and software. Organize and apply storage patching based on storage patching policy.

Implementation support to design, plan, and set up applications and storage in a Unix/Linux and Windows Net App SAN environment (disk layout, RAID levels, ) to ensure performance and data availability. Planning, coordinating, and upgrading components of the Storage and SAN as needed with software, hardware, and microcode upgrades. Monitoring and analysis of statistics on storage utilization and performance.
