This position will primarily focus on the utilities side of maintenance. Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on 3rd shift working 9:00pm to 5:30am, Monday-Friday. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.
Position Responsibilities Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication. Wire moderately complex control circuits. Fabricate, repair, and install hangers and all types of piping including hot/cold water, steam, process and condensate, utilizing formulas for all phases. Weld various
types of metals. Machine most metals, plastics, and composites. Fabricate or replicate minor pieces for the repair or replacement of parts on equipment. Complete size changeovers, make adjustments, and trouble shoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment.
Identify problems and completes repairs, with minimal downtime or supervision. Troubleshoot and program minor changes in Allen Bradley PLC (SLC500, Micro Logix, Compact Logix and Control Logix. Troubleshoot 3ph 480v motors and VFDs including replacement and / or programming Requirements: 1 year maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment 1 year of experience troubleshooting 3 phase (480V) Circuits, Motor starters and controls
and electronic circuit boards Lift, push, and pull 50 pounds repeatedly, walking and standing for long period of time Total Rewards: Compensation: Starting rate of pay is $30.41 per hour.

The Maintenance Mechanic works under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and preventive maintenance procedures to support the achievement of the company’s business goals and objectives.
Job Duties: 1. Maintains uptime on machines and equipment Assist maintenance manager with repairs to maintain machine/equipment uptime. Performs assigned tasks efficiently and effectively. 2. Facility/Equipment Maintenance Completes predictive and preventive maintenance on all machines/equipment/building/facility under the supervision
of the Maintenance Manager. Reports findings/concerns to Maintenance Manager. 3. Maintains maintenance and parts area in neat and organized manner Assures that maintenance equipment and work areas are kept safe, clean and organized at all times.
4. Special Projects Prepares and sets up new/existing machines/equipment for sample and/or production runs under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.
