team on the start-to-finish cycle of new and existing projects ensuring that they are completed within the designated time frame, budget and scope Analyze project risks and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on project, proactively communicate any potential risks Monitor project progress, identify issues work with project team and take corrective action when necessary Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of superintendents to facilitate and expedite the project schedule.

Participate in project walk throughs as needed to ensure progress, safety and quality compliance. Ensure all project and payroll documentation is submitted in a timely manner, including; time keeping,

daily reports, job safety analyses (JSA's), material tracking, etc.

Support the company's performance management program outlining expectations, goals, and career paths. Identifying and providing learning opportunities for professional growth of team. Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure talent needs are met, address discipline and employee relation concerns. Collaborate and coordinate with Human Resources on staffing, onboarding, training, employee development and performance measurements. Hold, attend, and recommend meetings as needed to ensure project efficiencies, proactive communication and consistent delivery of goals and objectives. Other duties and tasks as needed.

Essential Areas of Responsibility: Leads and manages day-to-day field operations, field teams and subcontractors to ensure the safety, quality, and productivity on all job sites / projects. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget without compromising on quality in collaboration with project team to meet production goals, project deadlines and customer needs. Work with the operations team to devise and implement improvements in process, production methods, performance, and quality. The Field Operations Manager collaborates with the APX team, and broadly, with subcontractors and other operations stakeholders. Essential Duties: Collaborate with project

team on the start-to-finish cycle of new and existing projects ensuring that they are completed within the designated time frame, budget and scope Analyze project risks and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on project, proactively communicate any potential risks Monitor project progress, identify issues work with project team and take corrective action when necessary Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of superintendents to facilitate and expedite the project schedule.

Participate in project walk throughs as needed to ensure progress, safety and quality compliance. Ensure all project and payroll documentation is submitted in a timely manner, including; time keeping,

Support the company's performance management program outlining expectations, goals, and career paths. Identifying and providing learning opportunities for professional growth of team. Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure talent needs are met, address discipline and employee relation concerns. Position Description: The Metal Finisher will be responsible for sanding and buffing pieces prior to hanging on paint line. The process involves grinding, filing, or sanding surfaces of metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and knowledge of metal finishing techniques. They will also examine and feel surface to detect defects, such as dents, scratches or breaks in metal; as well as remover surface defects such as burrs and pits using hand sanding machine, sandpaper or file. Additionally, the Metal Finisher will smooth and polish surfaces or parts to specified finishes, and wipe surfaces clean.

May be trained in to rotate as a painter dependent on performance.
