all plant/safety rules and complies with all OSHA regulations. Maintains written job procedures pertaining to the make ready area. Must be able to lift and perform material handling duties as required in the Make Ready area. Performs pre-make ready functions for all jobs, including getting cylinders from the staging area and prepping them for presses.
Safely handles doctor blades and boxes. Coordinates work orders with the design number to be matched to the correct cylinder. Operates hoist to safely lift heavy cylinder out of box and sliding over to put bearing/sleaves on it to put it in the press trolley. Removes press cylinders from boxes and checks for wear and tear and/or damage.
Maintains cleaning and wash-up of all parts after jobs are finished using established safety procedures. Assists in the preparation of press cylinders for storage. Washes, cleans and wraps cylinders and places in storage box and taken to staging area.
Transports hazardous waste (water-based ink and cleaner) to waste staging area inside Press Department. Maintains proper disposal of pre-make-ready waste using a fork truck to move the totes. Maintains good housekeeping practices and proper safety procedures to include the maintenance of tools and equipment. Receives training for next labor grade in order to gain a general knowledge of Press operations, which includes being physically able/capable
of performing the duties and responsibilities in the forced progression within the Press Department.
Operates power industrial truck in a safe and efficient manner. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience Required: Required Length & Type of Experience: Prior Graviere printing experience is helpful, but not required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 1. Must pass Farnsworth Dichotomous Test for Color Blindness.2. Must have the ability to read, write, and perform simple math.3. Fork Truck skills/ certification.4. Basic computer functions to include a basic understanding of simple operations.5. Must be trainable to operate Bar Code scanners/computer scanners.6.

Make requests for materials, tools, or other stock items to management. Follow all safety codes. Place merchandise on pallets or similar shipping carriers. Record amounts of materials or items to ship and confirm all labels are verified before labeling. Perform facilities cleanup (inside and outside trash detail). Sometimes sort material according to type, style, color, or product code. Carry out tasks as assigned by
the warehouse supervisor. Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse and communicate those to supervisor. Maintain records of all labeling activities for accountability purposes.

Qualifications of the Integration Architect: 5 + years of data architect experience from a large company strong experience in handling large volumes of data within microservices applications. Proficiency in Netezza and Oracle database technologies. Extensive experience in writing complex SQL scripts and optimizing query performance. Solid understanding of data modeling principles and their application in microservices
environments. Previous involvement in microservices projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique data challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. THE ROLE We are looking for a Solution Architect – Lending Solutions, to be a critical part of our Sales team in presenting Ncontracts Solutions (lending focus) to prospective clients. This role encompasses
responsibilities related to product demonstrations, regression analysis, and product development engagement. YOU WILL Conduct engaging product demonstrations across multiple Ncontracts Solutions (lending focus).
Maintain and update demonstration databases to ensure the relevance of application features and functionality. Tailor product demonstrations to address the identified needs and pain points of prospective clients. Act as a product expert, answering product functionality questions. Conduct scoping calls with clients to understand their business structure, policies, and requirements, with a focus on identifying their pain points and needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to create
a variety of content, such as blogs, white papers, and product sheets.
Participate in public speaking opportunities, including conferences, webinars, and podcasts (travel required, approximately 3-4 times per year). Create Statements of Work (SOW) and deliver them to the legal team for incorporation into Master Service Agreements (MSA) or Addendums. Compensation Information Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
