The Senior Java developer will support development efforts for a complex case management solution for a federal agency. The solution provides an integrated solution for capturing, sharing, and reporting case related information. It automates, integrates, and improves the investigative business processes, provides investigative/intelligence analysis and analytical processing, and supports electronic data sharing.

The position involves working in both an Agile and Waterfall development environment designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging new software or providing complex enhancements to existing software which modernize this mission critical system. Developers must

actively participate in sprint planning and review sessions with the product owner and provide coordination with architecture, information assurance, requirements, testing and configuration management personnel.

LCAM/FPE process through a Sustainability Management System (SMS) applies metrics that can demonstrate long-term term Asset Management effectiveness and sustainability for OBO projects and legacy facilities. Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) through the project delivery process; providing benchmarks to measure facilities performance; the continued evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) during the facilities operation and maintenance stage; and lessons learned data captured for future improvements.

Provide professional services in support of the implementation process that guides how and when the LCAM/FPE deliverables are developed and by whom to establish a Total Cost of Facility Ownership (TCFO), Facility Performance Evaluations (FPE), Annual Facility Condition Survey (AFCS), hardware, SMS BUILDER and other support software. The position entails the daily sustainment of existing computing and network systems at various locations, with a particular focus on the set-up and maintenance of a company site in Alexandria. Primary Responsibilities You will be responsible for monitoring infrastructure systems, applications, and processes, and for ensuring that all issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. You will provide support
