Job Summary Performs general, preventative, and supportive maintenance involved in painting wall and ceiling surfaces and structures
within the university. Assists technicians, and/or plumbers on emergency and corrective maintenance. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs general painting needs for University 2.
Prepares paint surfaces by washing and patching holes 3. Mixes, matches and applies paint to walls, trims, rails, etc. 4. Assists other technicians on emergency and corrective maintenance 5. Maintains a clean and safe work environment 6. Performs work in extreme temperatures and heights and may operate heavy machinery and electrical equipment Required Qualifications Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Other Required Qualifications Current, valid and unrestricted Georgia driver's
license Required Experience Five (5) years of work experience related to the role Proposed Salary The budgeted salary range is $19.17 to $22.36 per hour.
