Load products into blasting machine. Operate blasting machine to achieve desired results and finishes. Inspect finished product for defects. Prepare products for shipping. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: 1 year of previous industrial painting , blasting and/or powder coating experience required. Necessary Skills: Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. Other Requirements: While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, talk or hear.
