receive a $3,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days continuous service. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Spray paint and sand blast heavy equipment using spray gun and sandblasting equipment. Clean grease, dirt, rust, and old paint from equipment using solvent, water, rags, brushes, pneumatic wire brush and chipping hammer.

Maintain and clean paint and blasting materials. Prepare equipment for painting and blasting restoration; tape and mask equipment; mix paint and color match. Inspect finished product for overall quality. Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED preferred with a minimum of three (3) years of prior paint experience. Must be able to perform blasting

and painting applications as directed by supervision. Must have knowledge in the use of conventional component application in painting/blasting tools not limited to paint guns, sanding tools and material blasters, grinding tools, etc.

Must be able to perform all blast requirements and functions utilizing all application methods and identify and correct blast and paint deficiencies as required by the specifications. Determining the necessary application of paint for a thorough coat and checking for runs or sags in the paint to ensure a quality product. Make signs and license plates, bus stop markers and a variety of other signs; letters and marks with various insignia, such as official seals, police markings, numbers, and other identifying marks. Cut stencils, use hand stapler and attach film for adhering solution; and make decals. Account for tools, equipment, and unused material, store in appropriate control/storage areas. Cleans

and maintains spray guns and other painting equipment. Dispose, recycle, store, and transport hazardous material and/or waste products in accordance with accepted environmental practices within work center.

Inform supervisor of materials consumed, and accumulated material and/or waste. Qualifications and Skills: Painter shall have a minimum of 3 years' experience in painting Ability to maintain forms and records Work will require lifting to 50 lbs. stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas.

Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must be able to interact well with fellow employees and maintain a clean working environment. Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire and Safety Regulations and published company work rules. Must be capable of using general hand and power tools Must have excellent customer communication and relation abilities. Must have an excellent mechanical ability and be able to learn on the job.
