What You'll Do: Build trusted business partnerships with our clients through exceptional service that meets established performance expectations. Proactively grow client base through consultative and persuasive recommendation of UTB’s financial products portfolio.
Process a variety of routine and complex transactions such as account opening and closing, processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers. Ensure all transactions are performed accurately, include all pertinent and proper documentation, and follow all regulatory requirements. Promptly report, research, and
resolve any discrepancies. Participate in routine branch audit activities. Be a champion for risk management and loss prevention. Have a passion for exceeding expectations through accuracy, efficiency, and continual professional development.
Your Work Schedule : Monday – Friday 8:30 a. m. – 5:30 p. m. Your Qualifications : High school graduate or equivalent required. In-depth understanding of bank operations. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements. Minimum of 3 years prior bank experience required. Prior commercial and/or community bank experience preferred. Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Professional appearance,
