A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TELLER / CONSUMER LOAN PROCESSOR As a Teller / Consumer Loan Processor, you find it rewarding to generate consumer loans that benefit customers' lives. Your superb customer service skills allow you to build lasting relationships with our customers. You open new accounts, take loan applications, and disburse loan applications for customers. You capture business by cross-selling credit union products and services that meet their needs and improve their financial well-being.
Each month, you strive to meet and exceed individual and branch loan production goals.
Your Teller responsibilities include completing transactions for a variety of requests such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, money orders, and cash advances. In addition to serving our customers in person, you also have the opportunity to interact with them over the phone. In every interaction, you are sure to provide exceptional customer experiences.
