Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field Experience with People Soft HR and Oracle HCM is a plus Familiarity with Tidal Scheduling Software is preferred Must have GC/USC status Must be able to work remotely
Minimum of 400 coaching hours 3-5 years of professional experience in a business setting prior to becoming a coach Ability to work as a self-employed individual and hold relevant insurances Minimum of 5 hours of availability for sessions per week
service experience Experience with technology and Microsoft applications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Experience in a customer support center, preferably supporting business to business services or technology Familiarity with the insurance industry
