5+ years of experience delivering successful software products 2+ years of experience managing product managers Experience in B2B or consumer tech, with a focus on self-serve products Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of product metrics and ability to design and interpret experiments
of appeals/disputes Achieve operational and production goals, implement quality control procedures, and evaluate project work activities and personnel Required Qualifications: Associate's degree or 60+ credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree One year of experience in an operations environment Supervisory or leadership experience Experience in Medicare appeals or medical dispute resolution preferred Knowledge of Medicare Part A preferred
