Develop and maintain comprehensive rebuild work orders ensuring total related expenditures are captured. Collect and evaluate historical data to create rebuild packages for future rebuild schedules. Overseeing work order management ensuring 100% completion of warranty compliance, contractor services documentation, breakdown recording and PM completion. Conduct regular backssments with reports to relevant managers. Conduct regular backssments of PMs for all sites reporting on the accuracy of schedule reporting, accuracy & compliance to procedure and efficiency of labor usage.
Oversee and document cost changes for all aging assets Develop and maintain the rebuild work orders with Technical Engineering. Schedule all modular maintenance operations by site without minimal impact on plant operations. Ensure that all assets are entered into Oracle in a timely manner Ongoing Activities Ensure day-to-day plant operations for all asset and work order related activities are executed in a timely manner to ensure that business is uninterrupted.
