Actual compensation will depend on the successful candidates’ work location, qualifications, skills, and depth of experience. What Gets You The Job: 2-3 years of hands-on backend experience. Proficiency in Golang (Go programming language), with practical experience in a professional environment. Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes. Proven experience as a Backend Engineer, with a strong emphasis on Golang, SQL, and expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, preferably in a senior or lead role. Proficiency with SQL databases (e. g. Postgre SQL, My SQL) and database optimization techniques.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with Azure.
