Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game. The Work: backss, plan, implement and/or support world-class SAP application solutions for our Chemical industry clients, spanning simple IT projects to large-scale, enterprise-level change programs. Align with client stakeholders to expectations, communicate activities, implementation plans, and to ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals. Conduct SAP architecture backssments

and define solutions for complex problems that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Develop or update project plans for SAP projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Drive SAP deliverables for complex projects, including managing budget, schedule, and scope. Manages large sized teams and/or work efforts at a client, distribute responsibilities across team members, and provide status reports for assigned scope of work to client stakeholders. Report program status, key risks/issues, and recommendations to senior leaders and obtain consensus for project decisions.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements What You Need: A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration Experience implementing at least two SAP programs for Chemical clients A minimum of 5 years of experience managing offshore resources. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience) Bonus Points If: Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience in other manufacturing industries outside of Chemicals or Utilities Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
