) Advanced knowledge of program evaluation concepts and methodologies, with expertise in program effectiveness analysis, measurement, and reporting. The expected target hiring range for the Programmer Analyst II is $89k - $120k / Programmer Analyst SR $99k - 134.5k is depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for a Programmer Analyst II is $87k Low Range / $1140k High Range, Programmer Analyst SR is $93k Low Range / $153k High Range.
