Mazak Mill 3 plus 1 axis machining. Conversional and G code. CNC Lathes 2 axis no live tooling. Okuma and Fanuc G code programming. Wire EDM & Plunge EDM. Fanuc and Makino. G code and Conversational. Write programs for the CMM Using PC-Dmis. Experience using modeling software including Autodesk & NX Experience
reading prints and GD&T. Work with operators to improve existing programs and machine efficiency. Organize, standardize, and maintain the DNC system. Work with Manufacturing Engineers to ensure tooling and process improvements are captured.
