Must have good communication skills (written & verbal) Must be able to work 2nd Shift 3:30pm-12:00am Key Duties: Sets up and operates numerical control machines or machining centers to perform various machine functions, such as cutting,

drilling, milling, reaming, and boring of metallic and nonmetallic workpieces, using knowledge of machine tool capabilities, machinability of materials, and shop math.

Reads plans to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings, and machining methods and sequences. Checks size and grade of material before set-up on the machine Mounts, aligns, and secures tooling, attachments, and workpiece on machine. Selects and installs cutting tools in machine. Retrieves pre-programmed instructions from database. Calculates and sets machine controls to position spindle in relation to workpiece and to regulate factors--such as cutting depth, speed, feed, and coolant flow. Cleans

and maintains machine. Analyzes drawings and specifications to determine program input data, such as hole sizes, tool sizes, reference points, and direction of machine cutting paths, and calculates data, such as starting point coordinates (location) Manually enters coordinates of hole locations into program memory, when necessary Keys in additional instructions, such as tool size, machine feed and speed rates, and starting point coordinates, basing entries on specifications, calculations, and knowledge of machine capabilities and programming techniques.

Creates and writes programs for all parts without CAD created programs and additional programs to finish part.

Projects may include master planning and site development, site evaluation and feasibility studies, site utilities and stormwater management, detailed design and construction documents, and bidding and construction phase services. This is a full-time position. Occasional evening work may be required as job duties

RESPONSIBILITIES Train, lead and mentor planning, design, engineering, technical and construction associates. Present as subject matter expert for specialized area. Provide oversight related to the scope, schedule, and budget for backssment, planning, design and capital improvement projects. Perform and administer complex planning, design and engineering work requiring an exceptional level of professional training and experience. Perform long-term budget and capacity planning. Develop, implement and maintain planning, design and engineering standards, including standard specifications and drawings.

Identify project risks and monitor/mitigate risk throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate and regularly communicate with Project Manager and other project staff on status of work, deliverables, schedule, and budgets. Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients; participate in client events, tradeshows and industry associations; prepare technical white papers for industry associations; participate in public meetings and deliver presentations as requested.
