lab moves, teaching lab moves, office space, new building and old building space prep before and after the move. Judging all aspects of project needs, test fitting, ordering, receiving, installation.

Four examples include: (1) helping choose new furniture, ensuring fit to space, ordering and coordinating installation; (2) coordination of phone line moves, including coordinating with Community Networks; (3) identifying special needs of research equipment including transportation requirements and confirming readiness of Cordley Hall (electrical outlets, space fits); (4) coordination of freezer and chemical moves, including interfacing with labs and Environmental Health and Safety.30% Coordination

and communication: Coordinating and communicating among the various groups involved in the move, including but not limited to Department of IB members, other Cordley Hall occupants including the Department of Botany and Plant Pathology, Design and Construction project managers, multiple contractors, Facilities Services staff, Environmental Health and Safety, Community Networks, moving companies, and other groups necessary for the transition.20% Supervision: Will be responsible for all aspects of hiring and supervising the student move team.5% Other: Other duties as needed.
