The Senior Web Developer works collaboratively with the Director of Web Services to plan the direction of the website. Duties and Responsibilities: Web application planning, development, and code review for the http: //www. suu. edu site. Collaboration with Web Services team and other key stakeholder departments.

Experience Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: 6 years recent web development/programming experience and a Bachelor's degree (or near completion of a bachelor's degree, one semester away) in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS. Strong understanding of Section 508 and WCAG Accessibility compliance rules and laws. Proficiency with programming languages and programming fundamentals. Ability to work cordially with other university personnel. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work on concurrent projects and prioritize projects to use time effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Cascade CMS backend and administrator
functions. Experience coding in Velocity. Experience with Git.
