SCOPE The Machine Maintenance Technician’s (2nd shift) primary responsibility is troubleshooting various types of industrial equipment and ensuring Planned Maintenance (PM) procedures are completed.

The Technician will also support the creation and documentation of PM procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES • Repair CNC Machinery, Manual Machine and Machining Centers • Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls such as Fanuc, Alan Bradley, Mazak and Okuma • Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and

software, electrical, pneumatic, robotic and mechanical systems • Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues • Identify and replace parts as necessary • Complete testing and make adjustments of parts as needed • Complete planned and preventative procedures • Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma/GED, Associates degree in machine maintenance field or equivalent experience.

• Ability to read part manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions and troubleshooting guides • Familiarity with Okuma and Mazak CNC machinery • Experience with

FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Alan Bradley and Okuma controls • Demonstrated high degree of industrial mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical aptitude and repair abilities • Knowledge of and experience with electrical test equipment, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

• Ability to develop Preventive Maintenance procedures with or without the use of tool manuals, technical documents. • Develop testing procedures and identify required adjustments of parts/equipment as needed. • Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions. • Responsible for the development, implementation, completion and accuracy of documentation related to assigned tasks. • May be assigned tasks outside the scope of this job description. Job Requirements • Maintain awareness and understanding

of documents published in the BMS Library, with specific competency of general as well as related field documents.

• AS Engineering degree or Advanced Certifications in newest technology machine maintenance and repair field or equivalent experience. • Ability to read and interpret part manuals. Complete understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions and troubleshooting guides. • Experienced with Okuma and Mazak CNC machinery or equivalent technology. • Experience with FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Alan Bradley and Okuma controls or equivilent. • Experienced with the use of diagnostic/specialty tools used in the troubleshooting & repair of machinery.

• Demonstrated high degree of industrial mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical aptitude and repair abilities. • Experienced with electrical test equipment, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems. • Reading, writing and analytical math skills at a professional level. • Self starter with the ability to work unsupervised. • Ability to work effectively in a group (Team) environment. • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, must be able to speak/read/write English. • Must be willing to have flexible work hours. Salary Details: $35.44/hr. - $44.30/hr. based on experience. Responsibilities: Repairs and maintains ice machines and ice-making equipment. Assists in the maintenance of various other equipment, such as food preparation equipment; on an as-needed or as-assigned basis.

HVAC Technician must be able to install, repair, adjust, maintain, retrofit and troubleshoot refrigerant controls, compressors, heat pumps, split systems, ductless splits, packaged units, electric motors, motor controls, commercial furnaces and related controls, water pumps, exhaust fans, unit heaters, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, sizes of air compressors

Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all work performed. Maintains all required EPA documentation and follows all EPA and AQMD rules when working with refrigerants, oils, and other regulated chemicals. Repairs and maintains various types of walk-in and reach-in coolers and freezers throughout the facility. Qualifications: This position requires the following education and experience, or an equivalent combination of both: Education Associates degree/ vocational or technical school Field of study: Refrigeration

or HVAC Experience 4-6 Years’ Work-related experience required Qualifications: At least 2 years' experience with the repair and maintenance of commercial air conditioning or refrigeration systems.

Demonstrable familiarity with EPA refrigeration regulations and requirements. EPA universal refrigerant license needed. Documented experience with a variety of different refrigerants and equipment, including experience with both chilled-water and direct-expansion systems. Knowledge of building and structural ventilation systems. Fully understand and mastered the refrigeration cycles to include: identifying components in advanced refrigeration circuits, understanding how each component works, diagnosing and correcting problems in the refrigeration circuit, using manifold gauge set, pressure/temperature chart and temperature measuring devices for routine maintenance and to troubleshoot.

Understands refrigeration recovery, evacuation and charging, understands the installation and sizing of refrigerant piping. Fully understands and has mastered the fundamentals of temperature and humidity measurement and control in air conditioning units. Understands the process of treating air so as to simultaneously control its temperature, humidity, cleanliness and distribution.

Ability to use a psychometric chart to determine the results of mixing air having various properties. Proven experience in all types of HVAC systems and how each component within the system operates in conjunction with the other components and how that impacts the overall operations of the system. These systems include but are not limited to air cooled, water cooled, hot water systems, chilled water systems, VAV systems, steam heating systems and building-automation control systems.
