Responsibilities and Duties Provide a full range of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds including but not limited to: Participate the grounds maintenance involving the beautification of grounds and landscape, remove pet droppings, sweep walkways, etc.
Ensure safe pedestrian passage throughout the community particularly in adverse weather conditions (e. g. clearing snow where required, salting, etc. ) Attend to break downs in pump house, pumps, meters, etc. and take corrective action as needed. Perform
minor landscape work, e. g. weeding, watering, planting, mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, etc. Pick up and dispose of water and debris including hauling and dump runs.
Operate a variety of machinery and tools including grounds equipment, company vehicles and various hand and power tools. Maintain equipment and supplies used to perform job. Inform supervisor when maintenance supplies are low. Perform errands and special projects as requested by supervisor. Drive a motor vehicle from site to site to conduct work. Constantly observe condition of the community and immediately reports and/or initiates action to correct unsafe conditions. Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively
with others in the work place. Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Thorough knowledge of the principles, practices, equipment, tools and materials used as applied to the maintenance and repair of the community and related facilities.
Thorough knowledge of the hazards and necessary safety precautions involved in maintenance work. Understand and follow oral and written directions. Communicate effectively. Complete daily activities according to work schedule. Ability to plan work independently. Able to read warning labels on chemicals and follow emergency procedures. High School graduate or GED equivalent or combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for inspecting Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs) for quality and remove any waste material, stickers, tags, damaged RPCs, and non-Tosca RPCs from the production
line in accordance with Tosca's food safety policies Load, unload and, stack RPCs from the production line for processing Operates a forklift Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment including reporting food or environmental safety concerns Operates equipment in alignment with Tosca's safety protocols including - Lockout/Tag-out, Chemical Handlings, etc.
Monitors processing of RPC's through the line and adjust input or output as needed to maximize throughput Monitors supplies or materials used for processing Will be required to assist the Maintenance Coordinator or Technician on minor machine adjustments or fixes Performs other related duties and assignments as required
