The Advanced Maintenance Tech will report directly to the Chief Engineer, who oversees Village at Breckenridge. Job Specifications: Expected Pay Range $20.00-$26.44 Responsibilities include, but are mot limited

to: Help in all areas of Building Maintenance work, interior and exterior.

Provide leadership and direction to other maintenance techs. Work in maintenance software. Operate heavy equipment, skid steer and dump truck. Continue with education and skill development. Maintain all facilities and operation systems in a safe and efficient working order (i. e. auto doors, exit doorways, required snow/garbage removal) Perform daily rounds - check boilers, pools, common areas, sprinkler systems, fire pump room, fire panels, etc. Assist with preventative maintenance in common areas and guest rooms Attend to any work orders and both guest and departmental/employee requests Complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner Provide for safe disposal of all waste material Work with outside contractors to provide necessary improvements or maintenance as directed Maintain records of all work activities and support materials Provide written reports to other departments as needed CPO certified Pump repairs Appliance repair Follow all Breckenridge Hospitality Brand Standards Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent Ability to speak, read and communicate clearly in English.

Ability to read and comprehend complex correspondence. Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical and HVAC/R.

Description Highly skilled mechanic who safely perform diagnostic, maintenance, instillation, and repair of equipment and

processes in the Milling plant which includes mills, conveyors, screens and like systems. Perform component diagnostic, replacement and repairs on, but not limited to: Crushers, overlaying conveyor systems, ball mills, auto mills, screen decks, lube systems, compressors, filter drums, hydraulic filter presses, foundry pumps and lubrication systems.

Perform mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance: identify potential failures/ noises / wear on agitators, rotors, belts, pulleys, and gear boxes. Prioritize and make decisions regarding equipment repair as needed. Perform welding (Stick, Tig). Train and mentor other employees. May operate equipment such as: forklifts, overhead cranes,

pneumatic air tools, and small mobile equipment. Act as a Fill-in Supervisor as needed.

Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Two (2) years’ experience in mechanical/maintenance crafts (including welder, boilermaker, machinist or facility maintenance/construction) or a combination of education and experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance. Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required mechanical aptitude. FPM Diagnostic Mechanic I: The selected candidate shall demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and technical skills while achieving 35% score on a written backssment where required.

This exam is based on technical skills/abilities and/or academic knowledge; as well as safety. Must be able to demonstrate proficient basic welding skills.
