Equipment Operator We are seeking a motivated, safety and career-minded individual to join our team to work on various pieces of construction equipment whether it involves, grade or pavement work. Description The selected candidate will be required to work in a team environment
with other co-workers and managers. Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in road, site or highway construction and paving.
Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the Foreman. Perform daily pre–and–post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. May perform other duties such as shoveling asphaltic materials and assisting with maintenance of asphalt finishing machine to include adding or removing screed extensions. Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks
and expectations for each specific project or job site.
Perform general labor duties when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Requirements Job requires the following motions: stretching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, throwing, walking, standing, reaching and squatting. Requires regular lifting of 25 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Uses tools such as a shovel, asphalt rake and asphalt lute. Walking and standing each occupy approximately 50 percent of the work day. Overtime work is often required. May be exposed to extremes of hot or cold weather. May be exposed to vehicular traffic. Required riding to and from job sites.

You will also be eligible to work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. As a geotechnical compliance specialist, you will help to develop our global tailings facility management programs. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal and stakeholders and external regulators to ensure Mosaic's tailings facilities

What you'll do: Coordinate with external agencies, Operations, and functional teams to ensure all required inspections are completed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and permit conditions.
Compile agency submittals and correspondence. Develop and maintain the geotechnical knowledge base for tailings facilities in alignment with external and internal management system standards. Coordinate required inspections, training, reviews, updates, and revisions to key tailings system governance elements in alignment
with external and internal management system standards. Track and report key tailings and water management metrics and action items to stakeholders and management.

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent GED. Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment. EPA
and CPO certification preferred, but not required. Knowledge of general maintenance (i. e. electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc. ) Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
