Position Summary: Maintain efficient operation of caser lines and perform equipment changeovers as needed. Position is on 1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. Responsibility and Duties: Reload tape machines and un-jam as necessary utilizing proper tagout procedures. Perform machine changeovers from 8 pack to 6 pack. Adjust machinery for optimal production and efficiency. Monitor product for leakers and take necessary steps to
ensure product quality. Performs all necessary quality checks and testing as determined by the Quality Department or management. Review product specifications to ensure correct packaging material is being utilized and label coding is accurate.
Operate and unjam elevators in a safe and effective manner. Wash casers, elevators, and conveyors to maintain safe and sanitary operations. Document carton and case codes as required. Completes associated production paperwork in a neat, timely, and accurate manner. Assist boxer operator when needed. Obtains packaging materials and other necessary materials to perform work and properly utilizes the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to reflect material

Establishes and prioritizes daily work of maintenance team. Prioritizes and resolves community service requests, including maintaining records of types and frequency of service requests received. Assists maintenance team with all aspects of property maintenance and repairs of grounds and facilities. Performs water testing and other maintenance duties related to a well-water system or on-site water meters, including taking water samples, if applicable. Collaborates with the Community
Manager to establish emergency maintenance on-call schedule. Performs duties in a safe manner, adhering to all safety procedures and properly using safety equipment.
Assists with maintenance issues regarding new homes as directed. Maintains vehicle/equipment maintenance logs and ensures proper maintenance of community vehicles. Coordinates and ensures completion of routine maintenance and minor emergency repairs. Ensures safe storage of hazardous chemicals and/or equipment. Prepares all maintenance-related logs in accordance of the Operations Manual. Reviews exterior improvement and tree maintenance/removal requests. Maintains inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies, including making purchases with approval and while adhering to budget guidelines.
Meets with Community Manager daily to report on the status of all scheduled maintenance work, notifying the manager of any hazardous conditions and recommended solutions. Issues resident rule reminders and violation notices; follows-up as needed. Assists Community Manager with aspects of the capital expenditure program, including reviewing budget variances as needed.
